Below you will find a list of massage services we provide. Please feel free to contact
us with any questions you may have about customizing your next massage
session.
Pricing
$40/30min $65/60min $95/90min
Massage Therapy
Your massage session starts with an intake form and interview with your therapist,
allowing you to customize your massage specifically to your needs. You are in
control of the pressure your therapist uses, and the areas of the body you wish
massaged or not. Notes will be taken and reviewed prior to your next
appointment so that you and your therapist can track your progress.
Our massage techniques adhere to the rigorous standards of the Oregon Board of
Massage Therapists. Tabitha and Kelly are both licensed and insured to practice
massage. Typically your massage session will fall into one of two categories:
Relaxation or Therapy. Please specify your objective with your therapist to make
sure your expectations are met if not exceeded.
Swedish Massage/Relaxation
This style of massage is characterized by having long, flowing strokes that help
give the body perceived length, sedating the central nervous system, and leading
to deep relaxation. Helping you along the way to relaxation, our massage rooms
have relaxing music, soft, warmed sheets, and our massage lotions have relaxing
essential oil scents. Swedish massage is generally light to medium pressure, and is
recommended for those of you that just want to relax and decompress.
Deep Tissue Massage/Therapy
Therapeutic massage is generally directed by you, toward any specific areas of
concern in your body. Therapeutic massage is typically referred to as deep tissue
massage. During this massage session your therapist will use pressure (determined
by you) to help relieve and relax muscular tension and adhesions within the
muscle tissue. Muscular adhesions and tension are associated with repetitive
motions, chronic pain, injury recovery, and fatigue related to general body use,
which can all benefit from a deep therapeutic massage. If you are in need of or are
used to a therapeutic massage you will LOVE the work that you receive from
either Tabitha or Kelly. This is REAL deep tissue, not just a firm Swedish massage.
Hot Stone Massage
If you have never had the experience of a hot stone massage you must book
today. There is simply nothing quite as relaxing as a hot stone. Hot Stones are
place on the body to heat up and sink in, others are used in our hands. The heat
penetrates deeply relaxing hyper-tone muscle, then we use our Swedish
techniques to melt those tight muscles away. We love the effects of Hot Stones
so much that we like to use them on nearly every massage.
Pre-Natal Massage
Does anyone need massage therapy more than a pregnant woman? During a
pregnancy the mother's body goes through a myriad of chemical, physical and
emotional changes. Massage, after the first trimester, is perfectly safe and
recommended to help the mother cope with the physical changes that will amplify
as the pregnancy reaches its full term. We work with the mother's care giver, to
assure that the massage is safe, effective, and specific to each mother's needs.
We use a body cushion support system that allows the therapist to customize on
table comfort of the mother-to-be as her body changes. This system allows the
mother to lie on her stomach, without compromising the health and safety of the
developing fetus. We also offer side lying options for those mothers who cannot
or are recommended to not lie on their stomachs.
Doula Services
Tabitha is currently working towards observing the requisite births to become a
DONA certified doula. A doula is essentially a "birth coach" whose job it is to
provide emotional support, encouragement and education to the mother and
their families before, during and just after birth. A long time ambition, Tabitha is so
excited to combine the benefits of pre-natal massage with doula services. Please

Continuing Education Units (CEU) Education
If you are a massage therapist licensed by the state of Oregon you are required to
meet their annual continuing education requirements. We can help you collect
these CEU's by having fun, entertaining, and educational classes. We also offer
private tutorials on specific topics or to collect quick needed CEU's.
